Video Three

When someone attempts to explain the type of behavior shown in the videos below, the excuse given is, "You do not know what happened before." Well, here you do know what happened before.

In the "before" recording below, Bill MacMillan and I only say nice things to Nick, such as: "You get to work here like seven." and "I've never heard anybody say you're worthless."
When someone remarks that you get to work early, it is usually taken as a compliment. Certainly, nothing said here was an insult. Most people would be hard pressed to take a supportive remark, such as not being called worthless, as harassment.

The second, "after," recording was on the walkway on the side of the handicapped parking space by the mailroom, about half an hour after the "before" recording.

Scroll down to see my remarks about the "after" recording.

0:02 (minutes:seconds)
I never expressed concern for what time Nick arrived, only admiration.
0:06
Obviously, neither Bill nor I harassed Nick.
0:26
Again, all I did was pay Nick a compliment. How does this become, I "don't want people to come to work early"?
0:39
Wow. I have never even spoken to Robert. The few times I passed him, I may have waved hello.
0:52
I have NEVER sent an email to Carole, or anyone else at Vista CAM, about Robert or any of the staff. Since I never complained about Robert to anyone, Robert could not have left because of me.
2:22
It was made clear to Dan Hillman, in the first seconds of our conversation, that I did not have an issue with Nick. But he keeps bringing it up over and over. And by the way, Nick was not Mr. Hillman's employee. Nick worked for Village Townhomes.
2:28
Again, I never approached Nick. There was no need to approach him. Bill and I were were by Bill's car, only a few feet from where Nick was.
2:33
I don't see a lie here. I was standing next to Bill by his car when Nick went to the Dumpster.
2:45
This is an often-used tactic. Paint me as a liar over and over. Thank goodness I have the audio of what really happened.
2:50
This is harassment. I should be able to have a conversation with another homeowner without any interferance from a board member.
2:58
Yes, the Village Townhomes board for the term prior to mine, filed an arbitration case against Dan & Debbie Hillman. And yes, this case was active when I was elected to the board. It stayed active until Thomas Franz & Susan Stelling voted to dismiss it in a closed meeting.
I have no idea where this $8000 comes from. But I highly doubt that it would cost $8000 to send 120 letters.
3:24
Yes, I was on the board when this case was active. What's his point?
