This first clip is a recording of an encounter I had with Dan and Debbie Hillman on October 10, 2022, at about 8:07 PM. I was passing them in front of #101 - #103 after going for a walk. As the Hillman's approached me I smiled and nodded to them.

The next video happened on the night of December 1, 2022. For some reason Debbie Hillman and Diane Medeiros decided to shine a flashlight in my bedroom window.

I may not have noticed this, except I was in my bedroom, and I saw light penetrating my bedroom window blinds. Was it a prowler, someone trying to get my attention in an emergency, I had no idea. Judge for yourself what type of adult engages in this type of behavior.

As they walked toward my home, the flashlight is off. When they are near my window, the flashlight is turned on. And it stays pointed at my window until these two women have walked past my home. Then it is turned off.

This is not something that happened accidentally.

Again, what would you do if this happened to you?

I never listen to rumors, such as the one a few years ago about someone shining a flashlight in windows. Could this be what people were seeing?
