We keep hearing about how the sales prices for Village Townhomes condominiums are increasing. And yes, they are increasing, but so are the sales prices for all other condominiums near us. Below is a graph of the average dollar/square foot sales price of the condominiums in our area for each year since 2006. Recently, some like Windmeadows and Crown Point have increased at a very rapid pace.

When you look at the chart, the sales price for Village Townhomes condos, with the exception of 2015, has been increasing since 2011. If you want to take credit for the increase in sales prices then you have to give credit to every board since 2011.
