Why I will not participate in the Meet & Greet

NO UNBIASED MODERATOR
All of these meetings have been moderated by an incumbent board candidate, the last two by the board president. I cannot think of a more ridiculous situation.

FORMAT
One candidate speaks then another. The candidates that follow the first have every opportunity to rebut the previous candidate. Hence, the candidate that spoke first is at an extreme disadvantage.

CONTROL OF THE VENUE
Several times when I have spoken at these events, I have been interrupted and heckled by audience members. No attempt was made by the host of this event to curtail this behavior.
